Diet and Nutrition has always been a struggle for me. There is nothing I like more then having a great meal and a couple of glasses of wine with my favourite people. And if we are being very blunt then I think we can all agree that the food that is the most delicious is typically high in calories, high in sugar, high in fat, or all of the above. But Delicious does not always equal Nutritious and vice versa.
So my goal is to create a clean healthy diet that will fuel my body as I train for all my upcoming races, but that also makes my taste-buds happy!
